All Bookings must be made with London Board Rooms, a division of
Grosvenor Securities Ltd, using the published contact details. A confirmation
showing the amount paid and VAT receipt will be provided by email or
post to the hirer.
Bookings must be paid for in full by credit/debit card at the time
of booking.
Bookings will normally only be accepted up to two working days prior
to the planned meeting date.
Cancellations (which will be acknowledged by email) must be made be
by post or email by the hirer and our refund policy is as follows:
Cancellations received more than 48 hours prior to hire period Full
Refund
Cancellations received between 24 and 48 hours prior to hire period
25% Refund
Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to hire period No Refund
All refunds will be made to the credit/debit card used when making
the booking.
VAT will be charged at the ruling rate at the time of booking.
All items of clothing, equipment and personal effects brought onto
the premises will be totally at the hirers own risk, including any
equipment of the hirer that is connected to equipment provided by London
Board Rooms.
London Board Rooms will use best endeavours to provide all equipment
featured in the Boardroom in full working order but cannot be held liable
if any equipment fails to operate during the period of hire.
The hirer must vacate the room at the end of the agreed hire period
and leave the building.
Use of the telephone provided in the Boardroom will be charged to
the hirer at rates that are available on request. Payment for telephone
usage must be paid by credit/debit card before leaving the premises.
The hirer will exercise due care in the use of the Boardroom and London
Board Rooms reserves the right to charge for any damage caused during
the hire.
During the period of hire, the hirer will have use of the adjacent
toilet and the cloakroom in the reception area. Any coats or other items
left in the cloakroom must be notified to the receptionist on arrival
and checked out with the receptionist on departure.
